Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Mango

  • 1 1/2 Cups Nut Milk

  • 1 TBS Superfood &/or Adaptogen of choice

Directions

  • Place the mango cubes the milk in a high power blender
  • Reach out to me on socials for combo options but my favourite ones are add Collagen for protein boost and skin , Tremella for skin (vegan ) Maca powder for flavour and GI and Lucuma for a dash or sweetness without the Glycemic impact . There are so many other options to Personalise and boost your a smoothies
